RESERVATION OF APARTMENTS All apartments are currently offered for sale. Any apartment can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1000 EUR paid into the developer's bank account by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property for a period of 21 days starting from date of the deposit paying date. During this period the payment should be made according to the selected payment plan.
